An independent ombudsperson works with individuals to help them resolve sensitive and controversial work-related issues in a safe and confidential environment in an informal manner. Warren Morris is an associate with A.W.R. Inc – Alternative Workplace Resolutions, a company that, among other things, provides the services of an independent ombudsperson. Currently, Warren and A.W.R. Inc. staff the Franchise Ombudsman Office for the Canadian and International Franchise Associations.
